At Altis Power Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
